My videos are figurative and the figures are often used as vehicles for the stories contained within them. The image here is from my video "The last vestiges of hope" screened in France in 2016 at the Video Dance Center of Burgundy and was their video of the week. The female figure in my work is a DAZ3D model, Cora Thwaites, created by Adam Thwaites in Scarborough. I answer art calls from ArtJobs, WooLoo and from Google searches. Recently I came across an art call site for experimental videos and I intend to submit to some of these this year. I had a series of screenings from 2016 to 2017 and then ran out of steam. My interest was re-awakened by finding the above and seeing a "What do artists do all day" BBC television programme featuring Antony Gormley. jrbham (At] btinternet [d0T} com |
